Portfolio — 2026

20 years building large-scale digital experiences for complex enterprise environments — global platforms, design systems, personalization, and data-driven UX. Now I help teams turn scattered design work into a plan.

About

One title, many disciplines.

Chicago-based UX designer and strategist, twenty years into a career that started in city government and grew up inside enterprise software.

I started as a UX designer and developer building an official government website, drifted into agency work designing web and email campaigns, and eventually landed at SAP — where I spent seventeen years going from full-stack UX designer to Senior Design Expert. Every crossed-out title above was real — a chapter, not a costume.

My work spans global platforms, design systems, personalization, and data-driven UX, where I blend research, analytics, and interaction design to shape smarter, more adaptive experiences. I've led major redesigns, improved global navigation systems, and built modular patterns across web, email, forms, support, and landing experiences — always translating complexity into interfaces that scale.

StrategyResearchIA

Global homepage as a unified "front door"

Redesigned SAP's global homepage into a scalable entry point. Mapped the end-to-end user journey and built a functioning prototype, then paired user interviews on content needs with behavioral analytics to decide what should surface first.

How I Work

Strategy first, pixels second.

The four-step approach I bring to every engagement, regardless of discipline.

01

Diagnose

Understand the business problem before touching a design tool.

02

Align

Get stakeholders on the same page about what "good" looks like.

03

Design

Move fast across brand, product, and interface as one system.

04

Hand off

Leave teams with the tools and rationale to keep moving without me.
